The story line of this book is so great. The book tells about teenager life. I also like the main characters, even I more interest with the second lead. This book really fits to read during free time.

The story is about Lara Jean Song Covey is a 16 year old Korean American girl. She lives with an older sister (Margot), her younger sister (kitty) and her father (Dr. Covey). The mother died several years ago due to an "accident". Life without a mother, apparently does not make their families lack love. The father is very gentle, able to take care of them well.

Lara Jean has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. Until one day, all her secret letters were accidentally sent by someone. There are 5 letters. And one of them was sent to Josh Sanderson, her sister's ex-boyfriend.

At that moment, Lara Jean's love story which was normal became uncontrollable. The chaos involved all the boys she had written in his love letters including the first love, her sister's ex-boyfriend, and the coolest guy in school.
