This middle school book was enjoyable to read. The story tells about Sophie, a fifth grade student in Xavier middle school. She is chosen as one of the candidates in spelling bee contest. However she is not happy about it because Sophie isn’t really interested in competition.

Mr. Know It All is Sophie’s classmate. He is also a candidate in spelling bee contest. He is challenged her and said that Sophie can’t beat him in this competition. All of his words make her more confident to beat him in spelling bee contest.
